Good Service

I have a 403 B through work. This sounds fancy, but I really can't even fully tell you what it means.

All I know is, it helps me with my retirement.

Anyway, last year I worked with a guy named "Ryan" (name has been changed) I met with Ryan during last summer to set up my fund. Flash forward to January, my account still wasn't set up and I left Ryan a number of messages as I got more and more angry, finally giving him an ultimatum of "Get it done by Friday."

It was finally done but come Spring, Ryan was no longer working for the company or with our school. Hmm, I wonder why??

So this week I had to call the new guy, Jonathan. After we spoke I got this hand written note in the mail.

"Kate,
Thank you for the call today. I wanted to get you my new contact info so we can continue building your retirement together. Congrats on your new condo! I'll see you at school.

Best Regards,
Jonathan."

Now, THAT is someone who is going to go places in life! It was such a nice note and I can tell that he'll be someone to get things done!
