What have you been doing this summer?

As a teacher, this summer I decided not to work so that I could work on my new place. Here are a few pictures of what I have been doing with my summer vacation:

Next on the list? Julie and Chrissy are helping me remove the dark green wallpaper today. See the two splashes of color on the wall next to the white door? I decided to go with the lighter yellowish green for the kitchen (although this morning I liked the green better, doh! The grass is always greener, right?)
