And here it is!

I had my inspection for my condo today! What fun! I got to go on the roof, peak around the boiler and watch the guy do fun things like turn on all the faucets, run the shower and start flushing the toilet (apparently I have good water pressure!)

I snapped some pictures. I got everything but the balcony, so I have a picture off the website which is a bit grainy and small, but does the job.

An added bonus is the current owner is selling some of her furniture which I like! It's nice to kill two birds with one stone!
