Internetajournal

I've blogged before about Ezra Dyer. I love his writing in The Improper Bostonian.

His recent article started like this, and cracked me up.

"Recently I was thinking about writing and a great idea occurred to me: How cool would it be if I could somehow write about my random daily experiences and then widely disseminate that text for people to read? Like, maybe such a thing could go on the Internet? It'd be like an Internet diary, and it could even get a catchy made-up name to describe it, like "Onlinediary" or "Internetajournal." That'd be a hit, I'll bet. It's just too bad the technology doesn't exist. Fortunately, though, I have a magazine column, so I'm the rare lucky fellow with the means to tell you about disjointed trial events in my life, such as City Turkey and Summer Santa and the Greatest Comeback Ever." He goes on to talk about these three random, non-connected yet very funny stories.

I love sarcasm.
