Yesterday was a perfect Boston spring day. The sun was shining. The air was warm.

Cake was playing at the Hatch Shell for Earth Fest!
I ventured down to the festival with Chrissy, Noreen, Jeremy and his friend Jess.
The festival is great because not only do they have great bands playing, they have a ton of booths offering free organic foods and earth friendly tips. We enjoyed the outdoors, free music and getting a sugar high off of new energy drinks and cotton candy.
I spent some of the day pondering what this was on the next blanket. Once I finally saw them drinking out of it I realized it was some weird tikki-cup-type of thing. What it was doing at Earthfest I didn't quite figure out.
Chrissy and I are off to the beach for a few hours today. I love three-day weekends!
