I have mentioned before that I have a genetic connective-tissue disordered called Marfan Syndrome. I've been meeting with the local chapter to help with the National Marfan Conference which will be in Boston next summer.
But with these meetings comes "Marf Humor." For instance, people with Marfans are very tall. At the last meeting we took a picture and someone yelled "Tall people in the back." and everyone burst into laughter.
Then today I got an e-mail from the committee chair:
"So, introduce yourself to the group, including your name, what you do, what are some of your favorite activities, how are you connected to the NMF (no pun intended)"
Get it? Connected, connective tissue? Waa-waah. Oh that Marf Humor.
