Star Light

Well I know I said I wasn't going to post, but I forgot I had a great night planned with Nicole! Nicole got me into this Canadian group called the Stars. For her anniversary, her husband got her tickets for her and a friend to go to the show! Luckily, she picked me!

Ben treated us to great seats, we were in the 8th row at the Berklee Performance Hall.We were super close and really enjoyed the show. Nicole and I had never seen the group before (there are not a lot of photos of them out there) so we were surprised by what they looked like.
The show was awesome and they played most of their hits. A highlight was the lead singer's jacket of lights! Afterwards he said something along the lines of, "You didn't think you were going to see a little white man in a coat of lights, did you?"
Afterwards we met up with some of Nicole's friends who were also at the show. Nicole was sarcastically commenting on how diverse the crowd at the concert was. Her friend Faber responded by saying "Oh yes, there were tall hipsters and short hipsters, blond hipsters.." haha.

Nicole and I got a laugh out of one hipsters choice of tote. A girl in the restroom had a Bay State Reader tote as her purse. Nicole said "She's carrying something ironically that we would really use!" (okay, maybe you had to be there, or have to be a teacher to get it!)

Okay, so now I'm off from blogging for awhile!
