Family, Friends and Fun

For someone who is unemployed for the summer, I have been really busy! This weekend was jam packed. Friday night I went to Poalo Nutini. I had been really excited about the concert but the venue took some steam out for me. He was great, but it was hard to see him and an ordeal to get a beer! But I certainly enjoyed jamming to Jenny Don't Be Hasty!

Saturday I was off to meet Ben's clan at Camp Kiwanee down on the south shore. His family has met up this exact camp for 29 years! His father is the oldest of 8 so their family is quite large.

We swam, canoed, relaxed...and caught a nice sunset.

Then I was off to Emily and John's wedding. John is apparently an avid reader of the blog and wanted to make sure they were featured! :)

The reception was at The Barn in Groton. It was BEAUTIFUL! Both the structure and the location!
As my work-crew are quite the dancers, we had a blast!
