The High-D Life

I finally broke down and got a HD cable box this week. It was kind of silly for me to get such a nice TV and not get the appropriate cable box. Well, that's what I keep telling myself anyway.

But this:

I have to move my DVD around underneath to get the cable box to fit in the TV stand.

I enjoyed watching the Olympics in HD and yeah, you could see every bead of sweat on their forehead (yeah, yeah, yeah the colors etc.) but what the new box makes me really think about is how much I want HD eyeballs. Honestly, my eye sight is so bad I don't think I'd see the Olympics this clearly even if I was really there!
