Worst Job

There is this book that I've seen around titled something like, 101 Jobs Worse than Yours. I thought of one today that should be in there.

I was in Cambridge waiting to go to a dentist appointment. I was sitting in my car watching the Meter Maid (it was a dude, but what do I call him? A meter enforcer? Parking enforcement?) walk by checking the meters. The man was extremely bundled up. Like Antarctica-explorer bundled and I thought "Wow, checking meters all day in 10 degree weather must really suck!!"

So this is my official entry for the 102nd worst job:Boston Meter Maid in January.
