Sudbury Day: Pound Fourty FIve

Last weekend I helped Marc out at Sudbury Day. His pharmacy had a booth for the town event.
After Marc treated me to breakfast, we headed to his pharmacy to load up the truck. We gave away water bottles, magnets, pens and generic Tylenol at the booth.

We unloaded as it was drizzling but decided to brave the weather. Then the wind and rain picked up and we had to hold our tent down against the 30 mile an hour winds! We packed up and were ready to leave, but finally the sun came out.
Kate did a great job talking up the pharmacy. Kate's "Absolutely" count: only 9. I thought it would be higher but she stopped saying it because she knew I was counting. I said if she wrote a script for me for next year I might be of more use!
Marc reserved his panda bears for the cutest kids. Kate and I felt he should wait for the parents to be around before he walked up to small children offering them a stuff animal! The booth was in a prime location right across from the main stage. We were able to watch Scottish Dancers, a steel drum band and the highlight of my day: The Hip Hop Mamas. Think suburban Mom meets Britney Spears.
It was a fun day hanging out with KB, Marc and the fine people of Sudbury. Marc took KB and I out to a nice dinner to thank us for our help and called the next day to thank me again! He was so gracious I'll definitely help out again next year!

That Mama with the dark hair looks a little bit too into it for my liking.
