I'm a fan of...

As a New York transplant in Boston, you might think I'd be on the quest to find a good slice of pizza. Really, I just want good service.

The local pizza place in Davis Square is called Mike's. The food is good, the pizza is good, the service? It's the pits. More specifically, the women behind the counter are the pits! They're so rude! They take your order, take your money and return your change all without even glancing at you. It drives me crazy! It's such bad customer service. Barely a thank you, barely a good night, it's just makes me feel angry as I take my food.

So, led by Marc, we started a slight boycott of Mike's and started branching out to other pizzeria's. We've found Angelina's and the service is a world of difference! They say things like "How may I help you?" They look you in the eye, they smile, and even give a little joke here and there. The best part is the use of my NAME. I usually I call in my order and they take my name. Each time I've picked up my order they have said "Thank you Kate." I like this personal touch of adding my name! It makes me feel happy, it puts a smile on my face and most importantly it makes me want to go back! So I'm a fan of Angelina's!
