I don't know if it's because KB and I are each buying condos or what, but we've been watching HGTV non-stop. My favorite shows are:
House Hunters. I find it interesting to see what people pay for homes and condos around the country and and in other cities in the world. The show takes buyers around to 3 homes, they weigh the options and then usually pick one of the homes. It's funny to see how far my money could go if I decided to move to Idaho, or how I could never, ever afford a condo in The North End of Boston!Design on a Dime I think I like this show because I will be decorating my future condo on a dime. Literally.
Free Style When I don't even have a dime left to spend on decorating my-potential-new-place, I might enroll to be on this show. I think it's a really clever: they rearrange the furniture and use things from around the house to redecorate the room. They come out really great and I like the concept of the show because they don't build anything or spend any money, and the rooms come out great!
