Lost in Translation

For those of you not from the area, Southie has a whole Boston accent to their own.

Yesterday at the party, Pat and I overheard the following interaction during a Flip Cup game:
"Watch out, she's cheating! She's a cheet-ah, she's a chee-tah!"

Pat turned to me, pantomimed an animal walking through grass and whispered:
"She has spots and can run really fast."
