Adult Tattler

My class this year is a handful. I love each one of them dearly, but as a group we have some word to do! I had a workshop on Friday and was out of my classroom for the day. I came back yesterday morning to find my classroom looking as if a small tornado had gone through. I was also greeted with a note saying that my class behaved less than appropriately during my absence (which resulted them in meeting "Meany Sweeney" for the day.) At the end of the day I had a parent say in a tattling tone, "Oh Ms. Sweeney, we're glad you're back, I heard the sub yelled a lot." I responded by saying "Oh, well I heard the kids behaved less than nicely towards the sub."
