Karma is a b!@$#

I truly believe in Karma. I believe what goes around comes around and that is why I try to lead a nice, respectable life. But sometimes Karma can still get'cha. Over this past year a friend (who will remain nameless) has fallen several times flat on her face. The first time she fell down stone stairs in Providence where I seriously thought she was unconscious. These series of events continued and by the last time all I could do was hysterically laugh because I couldn't believe she had fallen again.

Well, note the picture above. On Sunday night I fell flat on my face coming out of the Park Street T-Station. For no reason at all my foot slipped and I fell on all fours: scrapping my hands and hurting my knee. I thought I was fine and brushed myself off to continue on my way only to later find I had ripped my favorite jeans and was bleeding. I called my friend immediately to laugh and try and reverse my bad Karma.

Cookies all look delicious. Hope some of them survive until Christmas! Mmmmmmm, they would go well with Flakes!

I fell down so often last month (once in the middle of the street, when I was attempting to jaywalk) that now I just text Larry with "I feel down again" and he texts back "Get up." It's so strange that it's happening to everyone!
